Hold your Treo in one hand and with the thumb of the other one, press where the case clips together (only on one side of the case). Start from the top (there are 3 clips).
When you are done, the case should open like a book.
I tried that case but didn't like it too much. It felt bulky somehow.
After I changed it to the Krusell leather Classic case. It's very slim but touching the screen is a real problem. Nice belt clip though.

Now, I use the slim Palm rubber skin. It's super thin and protects the keyboard. I wish it could be more transparent.
