wow thanks wolf. i'm an idiot because i actually knew that from testing my cable connection back in the day. just like a 5meg service only will download in the 400kb range not 5mb a second. i never even thought about it. i think i was confused because i thought sprint evdo was faster than that. Also though i feel like i am still not downloading to my phones full potential because when i use my download manager (flashget) it sets my max bandwidth automatically and it usually shows my max being up in the 500kilobytes a second not bits range . but who knows maybe its jus wierd. i'll just have to be happy with what i got if there is no way around it. thanks for the reply
