WMWifiRouter and PDANet do not absolve you from paying for tethering if your carrier requests it or charges for it.

If your carrier has identified you as someone who is tethering w/o paying you have no doubt raised their attention and they will continue to monitor and flag your use, so PDANet and/or WMWifiRouter won't hide you.

Pay or stop using it would be my suggestion. If you were told it was included, you have grounds to cancel w/o an ETF, but other then that have no recourse.

If you like it and use it a lot, pay the $8.

If not, stop using it.
