Why oh why are you arguing so hard on the side of the carriers? You could argue A LOT against using cooked roms and such since it is modification of the licensed version of windows mobile which i'm sure if you read through the agreement with MS would be a violation. So is that gonna be your next crusade? You could probably argue more than half the stuff that is talked about on this forum on way or another. It's pointless. Even in a court of law the victim has to press charges and actually go against the violator. As such, if sprint doesnt hold PPCGeeks acountable for having this on the site, this conversation is irrelevant.

Also, warez, getting paid SOFTWARE for free, is blatant violation of federal and international COPYRIGHT LAWS, as is hosting said cracked software on a site. Breaking your TOS is a breach of contract between you and your provider, nobody else; and it is not in violation of any law to discuss or even post instructions on how to breach a contract. If you can show me a LAW that we are breaking by discussing and posting ICS hacks please do, and I will yield.

I pay sprint every month and have for years. All i ask is that i get to use my phone for what its capable of (which the new CEO of sprint loves talking about in his commercials) in return for the money i send them.
