if you get a MIKE plan, which by the TELUS message sent to you, i think you said 8 bucks a month??? then correct, you will now have access to the phone as modem services TELUS offers without having to reg edit ICS to be able to use it... thus you are paying for the softwares usuage and it is not warez when its being paid for
