I got a text message to my Touch yesterday from Telus, copy & pasted:
"Your TELUS monthly rate plan does not include using your smartphone to connect your laptop to the Internet. A $8/MB fee will apply starting >Feb 25th<. Please call 1-877-279-3100 to discuss options for
data usage. This is a free msg from TELUS. Thank you"
I guess the free ride is over....
