another thing as well to the previous post is to make sure your resolution is set to an "action" setting rather than the still setting... makes a huge difference as even the slightest movement of your hands/fingers even as your just pressing the button will blur the photo horrible.

if when in camera mode keep selecting options til one looks like someone running, that is the action setting
