1- A Kitchen is the programming that you dump an existing ROM into and 'cooking' it is adding and taking away bits + pieces to suit your needs (custom settings, apps....). There is no Kitchen or custom ROMs for the Omnia yet because we need a packaged ROM update from Samsung VZW to use in the kitchen.
