If I had a gun license and and went to a gun shop and bought a gun theres nothing wrong with that. now if i shot someone for no reason that is illegal but the gunshop will not get into trouble because it was a legal transaction.
now if i went to a gunshop and bought a gun with the serial number scratched off that is illegal and the gunshop will not be open for business anymore.

this is by far, not the right arument... why did kazaa get in trouble, they werent providing anything to anybody., end users of their product were..
same as ppc, thats why warez arent allowed, its not like PPC admin is posting em, we would be, and theyd be responsible for allowing it..
and a gun you bought legally, at a gunshop, and had the proper liscense, though the serial number missing is illegal.. that wouldnt be a ware, you paid for it, from a lisenced shop and had the apporriate paperwork to posses or use it... none of the apps im talking about, give us our carriers authentication to use....without a PAM plan..
let me ask you guys this, if i create a reg edit to a program to bypass a prompt for a password or a reg key screen, is that going to NOT be considered a "crack"? can i now then post it for people to mass download and use?...and im not saying thats whats happening, its an example.. all were doing is using a workaround to get a paid service free..no matter if i spent 30 bucks for wmwifi v120 or you/anyone use(s) v91 for free... my carrier is not getting paid.. ie the person who actually provides the service, which is identical to an enity not gettin paid appropriately for their app/prog/software
