this isnt a topic of legality, it a argument of definition... you guys are all hiding behind the fact, that a LAW may or not prevent something.. Warez, cracking a paid service for free use.. tethering usuing wmwifi,ics hack,or pdanet, cracking PAM to use a paid service for free... its all the same
