I do not use warez nor do I tether. I have chosen not to download or install WMWifi. This is my decision for my reasons.
crazychef does indeed have a valid point. I have read every post to this thread & I found his arguments have been very well thought out. Obviously he has given serious thought to this topic.
The bottom line to this is the liability faced by this forum for the information about tethering. Obviously there is a tangible liability for hosting warez that would cause this site to face serious legal issues. But a forum is for the discussion & the free exchange of ideas; even ideas that aren't completely legal. So is there any liability for discussing how to circumvent Sprint's TOS? Should these discussions be removed/banned by this forum? That's for the MODs to answer...
