The only thing that fixed my phone was to flash to stock rom and relock phone. After I did that the phone seemed to work fine and then flashed back to 3.4 and things are running smoothly again no problems as like before. I also found Pocket Mechanics to clean up my TP. Here's the cab if anyones interested.
