you may have your phone set to vibrate when it connects to the network. If it vibrates periodically then you may be bouncing in and out of the service. Also check your notification settings and see what notifications are turned on to find out what may be causing it. Start,Settings,Sounds&Notifications, Notifications and scroll through the events.
