I told him his story had to be one of the worst I have ever heard. I asked him then why they have phones in the stores and on the website. Shouldn't I be able to buy any phone form anywhere and put it on their service. Since that is their only business??? No response. I was trying to figure out why you would have Tech people, phones everywhere and advertise the phones but not be selling phones. Yes, they are in the Service industry but to facilitate it they have to sell the phones, with their logo all over them too.

Basically, all 5 people tonight proved why Sprint has the worst Customer Service and why they have lost over a billion dollars. I have been a customer for 9 years, have 4 phones and pay (on time) over $100.00 a month. I love how everybody just pushes you to someone else and does whatever they can to get you to hang up. I did find out that I can cancel all 4 lines for $200.00. I am now looking at other providers to see who wants my business. Such a sad state of affairs. Who knows, Sprint could be out of business in the near future. For everyone that wants to ditch the Mogul for a free TP, good luck.

Everyone who has had a bad time at customer care should email and email often.....its not the point of getting a responce, but the fact that emails are being sent to them so they know that people will be leaving ..this is why they lost 1,000,000 customers customer service sucks ....

everytime you call and have a bad time ..email email email....

make sure you are nice, aggressive and to the point in your emails ...sometimes to get things done one has to be nice and agressive at the sametime.....

i think someone should start a thread on who emailed to dan@sprint.com YOU have the POWER.. PROTEST!!!! hehe
