Put phone into bootloader mode (try searching if you don't know how to do this, don't remember off the top of my head), and flash a different ROM. After putting into bootloader mode, plug it into your computer, it won't come up in activesync or mobile device center (xp or vista), but using the Custom_RUU in the ROM folder will still detect your device and you will be able to flash the new ROM.
