I'll start with a little bit of info about everything, I bought my mogul cash from sprint. I've had it about a year and had all the signs of a just cheap phone.. First my wifi button stops working, Then i can't even turn wifi on from the screen. So im like ok ill wait for something else to mess up, Wasn't even a week and my front talk/end buttons stopped working.. anyways long story short i went in to a sprint store they said they was going to order me a brand new phone as a replacement phone. so ok i wait 3 days and i go in and they have a refurbished mogul, and i said ok fair enough "was hoping for the upgrade to the touch but anyways
" i dont even walk out the story and i try it out and majority of the qwuerty keys dont even work. so im like ready to punch someone in the face, so i go back up the register and they said their going to order me a new phone. but before that they tell me that HTC is allowed to ship out and sale so many fcked up phones and can get away with it.. so i told them shouldnt all phones be tested before you put your name on it and put it out for someone to buy? no comment from them i was asked to leave the store!!!
so ill let everyone know on monday if i got the touch or not
