I found this phone used online for $58 with shipping. Its all stock, and has windows mobile 5 (i was planning on upgrading to the XV6800, but someone had bought it already

anyways, i've heard that the phone at stock is kinda crappy-ish. does flashing to windows mobile 6 fix most of the problems on these phones?
Just a word of warning, i don't know what these "problems" can be, thats why I'm asking you guys.
