Yea I hate .mkv files! I never had one that wasn't laggy. But this is how you fix that google a program called Super download from there official website yes its free the newest ver. Should have been released jan 5th 09. Install let the program load up run it than right click the program to add multimedia add your file and convert it to whatever other format you would like I always make mine avi. Hope this help if anymore questions just ask!
