Does this improve the ring delay at all? In a few other threads I've read, people are claiming that the dialer skin is the problem with missed calls and calls going straight to voice mail. They say when they use the WinMo dialer the rings kick in 2-3 cycles/rings sooner.
Does this change anything in this regard?
