Ok, SUCCESS!
Everything is working now. Had two problems with PDANet:
1. Needed a DUN connection. Went to Internet Sharing on PPC (this is the WM6 App,not PDAnet) and clicked 'Connect', then refreshed services on the Bluetooth Control panel in Vista. DUN appeared after Activesync.
2. Trial Expired on PDANet - kept disconnecting and I didn't realize the trial was over. Bought the software.
Now it works. Go to PDANet, click Settings/Connect Bluetooth DUN and EVDO is up and running.
