My mogul froze up this past Tuesday(2-17-09)....Sprint techs couldnt get it past the passcode screen so they went in the back and got me a refurb mogul....i wasnt happy but they did get me going right away....even though it was a refurb.....and I asked what would happen if they didnt have any moguls to give out and they said that they should always have the same phone to give back as a refurb.........nothing was said about giving me a touch pro in place of my mogul even though they have replaced the mogul...
