Two quick things:
1. I probably flash(ed) more than just about anyone. Sometimes 20-30 times a day to test stuff. As long as you pay attention you should be fine.
2. That said, you probably want to take breaks in between flashing. ImCoKeMan fried his board in his phone and he is pretty sure it was because he was flashing in rapid succession.
