I lost my phone new year's eve and since then have received 3! defective moguls from Asurion. I gave up on hoping that Asurion would send me a fully functional mogul. Their rep had the nerve to tell me that refurbs are better than brand new (I can understand why being that techs work on it and all) but I feel like they're not even testing the phones themselves before they send them out. My current phone, the keyboard doesn't work so I too am using the on-screen keyboard. I'll just wait to do an advance exchange through Sprint.com
