Usually flash several times in a few days after a new/major rom kitchen rev, unless I am about to travel or otherwise need stability. Just keep flashing until I get whatever combo of kitchen + my standard OEMs and a few new goodies tossed in stable, then leave it until the next kitchen rev (sometimes, that's just a day or two thanks to helmi_c, chill, colonel, and the other kitchen hackers)
But yeah, I flash it more then I expected to, that's for sure!
