Sounds like someone has the Verizon version of the TPro.
I truly do hate that carrier for gimping stuff like this...

Speed isn't the issue for most of us, I think... My TF3D is as fast and smooth as I'd ever want, with all the rom, d3d and manilla tweaks I've gone through, so that's not the problem. My problem is that although it looks really pretty, I don't like how it works. It feels totally inefficient, form over function. If I wanted form over function, I'd opt for the Apple OS!
I thought maybe if it ran smoothly, I'd find the use in it, but alas- it just feels like everything takes longer to do. Not that TF3D doesn't run smoothly, because it totally can if you do it right, but rather that its just NOT USEFUL! Everything seems to take more taps and precision slides/movements to get the same data that would all be on the screen at once otherwise. Also, it takes hostile control of the top right corner of the screen (Qmenu won't show the battery icon there anymore), plus automatically places itself on top of things when I don't want it to (pressing an AVRCP command on my headset or switching tasks in some popular task managers will suddenly revert back to home when TF3D is running). Removing Manilla from the today screen effectively solves all those problems for me, but I'd like to at least replace it with something snazzier than average today plugins.
This thread is at least reassuring in that I'm not alone in this.
