You just download one of the AudioPara files and rename it to AudioPara.csv.

Then you copy it to your windows folder and overwrite the file (make a backup of the original if you wanna be able to undo it).

Then do a soft reset.

I did it with the "coarse" setting since people seem to say that has the best results.
