Are you certain you have a Vogue? Vogue's are CDMA based, and it's rather rare to see SIM cards in CDMA Technology (and usually a big selling point).
I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure there isn't anything to do with a SIM card on a Vogue, maybe you have an Elf? (GSM Touch)
