Got's a GM / Lat question...

Can you track someone else who has a gmail account, but not a PPC? Everything I've read says that the software determines your location not only by GPS but also by proximity to cell phone towers.

If that is the case, then I should be able to track anyone with a cell phone, so long as they have a gmail account and are ok with my tracking them, correct?

Or am I missing something?
