I own a company that uses IceMAIL for our hosted EMAIL. We have 10 users, 4GB of storage, and all the bells and whistles. This costs 100 bucks a month for our company, but we don't have to manage the server like we did, so the price isn't that bad. They have built in spam and other features, and is web manageable. I think they do individual accounts for 10 bucks a month, or so... check out their site at
