Slightly off topic
but to switch to full QWERTY mode you take your finger place it on g and swipe all the way to the right. It will flip keyboards. One is a dialpad style I believe, one is the QW ER TY and the other is Q W E R T Y.
I think you may need a code as it might be a pro feature ( I have the pro features )
the codes are unique to your device so I can't give you my code it wouldn't do you any good.
Even if the code would have worked no one can give it to you as they would be violating one of the rules of the board.
