Hi, I have a sprint touch phone, 1 of the pins broke off and my computer does not detect the phone, how can I unlock it with the micro sd? I loaded the unlocker and renamed it to voguimg.nbh and it trys to load it but gets stuck at the loading screen just says "loading..." and nothing happends.
