Thanks for all the good info, folks. I bought the 6700 a month ago and I've had to replace it (on Sprint's dime) twice due to defects. Only now the 6700 is out of stock and no longer carried, so I've been offered a 6800 as a replacement. One of my main concerns is Slingbox compatibility.
I'm scared after reading this thread that the 6800 is going to be a huge disappointment; I thought the 6700 was fantastic
when it worked to spec. I was really hoping the 6800 would be an improvement in every way.
