No. I did exactly what OP said to do. Soaked the screen protector in alcohol.. shook it off, and put it on the phone. I noticed the screen turning blacker in some parts until it got the way you see it now. I guess I'll just have to wait and see if it dries up, but for right now, the touch screen doesn't do a damn thing.
