1/21 UPDATE:
I compressed the bitmaps, the weird thing is, the size of the cab file got larger but when extracted, I saved about 2MB of space. I also cleaned up the slider a bit.

This is a great dialer , i know this seems odd. , but im not sure how to flash this in my phone.,the cab is just a bunch of files.,sometimes i just extract to my sd card and extract cab to the phone but thats not working on this?
