Techically possible, yes. But it's fraught with other complications. Sprint and Verizon use totally different nvm configurations inside the CDMA chip. You'd have to find a way to change all that stuff over as well if you wanted a fully working device (i.e. data and voice).
Unless you're really knowledgable about CDMA and the way these phones work under the hood then it's probably a lot more trouble than it's worth.
