I'm not sure which button is actually Button1 but I'm sure its not the PTT button.

I'm not sure if there's a cab add-on to make it work yet or not, but you can install the NATF custom ROM and he cooked in a work around to map the PTT button as well as holding down the Talk/Send button....it works great!
