They said it needed to be replaced and wanted to put me into a refurb 6700. I told them i did not want to try another 6700..... especially a refurb one. It took a little social engineering  but no fit needed to be thrown.
Saska.... one can get so much further without throwing a fit.

Ok, so you happened to get one of the better reps then... There is always going to be the good and the bad reps... Un-fortunately if you happen to get a bad one, Its nearly impossible to get them to do anything helpful for ya...
