If you're buying from an Amazon or Buy.com 3rd party merchant - you have no assurance that the card isn't pirated. In November they didn't have class 4, I believe they only had class 2. I have a class2 which works perfectly fine, but I do notice a little lag on mine once I put about 8 gigs worth of music on it. I wish I had the class 4 because my class 2 does lag a little when playing music, but not that big of a deal.
