You may want to flash a Radio, I ran into similar issues when I flashed back to Verizon's 1.30 Radio and WM6, and then flashed a custom ROM prior to updating my radio.

At this point, I would say to Flash a GPS enabled radio using the SD method since you cannot boot. Just my opinion. May work though. But keep in mind when doing this, you may have to get a new A-Key which could be a bit of a pain. Be sure you have read up on flashing of Radios and ROMs and what you could encounter in doing so, and how to get yourself out of a screw up (Which is not always the user's fault, my kid unplugged my USB cable one night during a flash and threw me for a loop to get out of bootloader!)
