Ok, I don't have the keyboard issue. So I've made a new clean rom with the following changes:

- Changed out keyboards (english only)
- Added FM Radio
- Added HTC Album
- Re-Mix so it should be even cleaner...Only the essentials

The keyboard is one I've used before sucessfully. Yeah, I fixed the whole vga/qvga thing. I happen to like this one better. Everyone let me know how you like it and if the keyboard issues remain...
