You probably installed a version of HTC Home that was incompatible with WM6.1. I think you need to hard reset at this point unfortunately
. Did you let HTC Home Customizer install HTC Home for you or did you find a file and install it? From my experience, if you install HHC first and let it download HTC Home for you, that version works properly with WM6.1.
