You sure it loaded to your device? I believe the Titan/Mogul/6800 has to be unlocked before you can flash a ROM. Did you format the card in FAT32 before putting the ROM image on it? If you did all that, it's possible your SD card has become corrupted. See if you can read it with your PC. Plug the card into your card reader, go into My Computer and see if it's showing up. If you can see the card, look to see if the ROM image is on it.
