it's something boeing made for the Air Force, i'm not 100% sure what it's called since the installer is mainly numbers and letters. and i don't know if it's publicly available for d/l. but i'll look more into when i get to work tonight.

edit: hmm, reading more about Skyfire, i guess all content goes through a server then renders it for my phone, then to my phone. i don't know if this would be an "approved" method by the DoD... but i'll research some more. if i can get the tech data on my phone it would save SO much hassle.
