Ya both my lines have the caller ID changed just remember that your dealing with sprint and it might take two calls. I didn't have any problems with the Rep I got. A friend of mine called however to take care of his lines and the first person he got said they couldn't do that so he had to call back get a different Rep and then he had no problems.
