Mobile Shell is a user interface program that runs on top of windows mobile. It's not a screen shot of my HTC Home. It's the "Today" page for the program. Mobile shell does not use the default windows taskbar. Landscape mode is supported. The program is around 30 dollars us I believe, and I will be releasing the skin as a free download soon.
