Well my replacement phone just exhibited the same behavior. I missed a call and received the voicemail 22 minutes late.
For the record I had a PPC-6700 and PPC-6800 with Sprint for 2-3 years before this in the same location and never had this issue until the week I got my Touch Pro. That leads me to believe it's not simply a network issue.
