It essentially does the opposite thing as SecondToday. With SecondToday, TF3D runs in the real Today screen and all other plugins run in a "fake" Today screen. With this, other plugins run in the real Today screen while TF3D runs within this program. In practice they serve the same purpose but I find TouchFlo Detacher to be more stable.
