Do you just leave your phone idle? Or are you actually still using the phone? If I leave it idle, I get these results with S2U2, and I believe it's because it suspends all apps running, including TouchFlo 3D, and when you turn the screen back on, there's a .5 second delay for it to "un-suspend" everything.
