I think BB may be considered a valid location because a few months ago the BB mobile division was offering the Touch Pro for about $179 AFTER the mail-in rebate (BB didn't offer an instant rebate at the time).
anyway, I'm going to call later and see what happens too. Nothing to lose I guess...
