I'm thinking you came to this thread because its the only one with MTTY stuff on this level...
Samsung phones (last I checked) don't have a bootloader, so if you get a bad flash (or format the flash like you did here) you are bricked and need to send it back.
If you don't have insurance or warranty, good luck...

I'm pretty sure samsung_k9k2g08 is the name of the NAND flash memory used in the Vogue, other HTC pocketpcs and other phones in general, it doesn't mean he has a Samsung phone.
